By accessing our website, purchasing a template, or subscribing to our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
If you purchase an eligible LayoutPack product directly from our website and are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
You do not need to provide a specific reason for requesting a refund.
The 14-day period begins on the date your payment is successfully completed.
Because LayoutPack products are digital, you may receive immediate access to or download the product after completing your purchase.
Accessing or downloading an eligible product does not, by itself, make you ineligible for a refund during the 14-day guarantee period.
If you receive a refund, however, your license and right to use the refunded product will terminate as described in this policy.
If you experience a significant problem with a LayoutPack product, please contact our support team so that we can investigate and, where reasonably possible, resolve the issue.
Examples of issues that may qualify for a refund include:
The product is substantially different from its advertised description;
You received an incorrect product or file;
A required file is missing;
The product is materially defective or non-functional;
A significant technical issue prevents the product from being used as reasonably described.
We may request screenshots, links, error messages, or other relevant information to help us understand the issue.
Where a technical issue can reasonably be resolved, we may offer assistance or a corrected version of the product.

Order or transaction ID;
Product or subscription name;
Date of purchase.
You may provide a reason for your refund request, but a reason is not required when making an eligible request under the 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
Once we receive your refund request, we will review the purchase and confirm whether it is eligible under this policy.
If approved, the refund will normally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
After the refund has been initiated by LayoutPack, it may take several business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
LayoutPack is not responsible for processing delays caused by third-party financial institutions or payment providers.
The 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies to the initial subscription purchase made directly through LayoutPack.
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the initial subscription payment.
After the initial 14-day period has expired, subscription payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated by LayoutPack.
Subscription plans may automatically renew according to the applicable subscription terms.
Renewal payments are not automatically covered by a new 14-day money-back period.
If you do not wish to continue your subscription, you should cancel it before the next renewal date.
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund a payment that has already been processed.
Products purchased using a promotional offer or discount code may remain eligible for the 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee unless the applicable promotion expressly states otherwise and such restriction is permitted by applicable law.
Products provided completely free of charge are not eligible for a monetary refund.
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where a duplicate transaction is clearly identified, LayoutPack may review the transaction and issue an appropriate refund.
Accidental purchases remain subject to the applicable 14-day refund period and other provisions of this policy.
LayoutPack may distribute and sell products through third-party platforms and marketplaces, including Webflow, Framer, and other authorized platforms.
Purchases made through these platforms are subject to the applicable platform's refund, cancellation, and marketplace policies.
LayoutPack's 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies to direct purchases made through the LayoutPack website and does not automatically apply to purchases completed through third-party marketplaces.
If you purchased a LayoutPack product through a third-party platform, you may be required to submit your refund request through that platform.
When a refund is issued, your right to use the refunded product ends.
After receiving a refund, you must:
Stop using the refunded product;
Stop using the original template or design files;
Stop distributing the refunded product;
Remove the refunded product from projects where reasonably applicable;
Delete the original product files where reasonably applicable.
You may not retain or continue using a refunded product after receiving the refund.
This does not affect rights that cannot legally be terminated under applicable law or rights arising under a separate written agreement.
LayoutPack reserves the right to investigate refund requests and refuse or limit refunds where we reasonably believe the refund system is being abused.
This may include:
Repeated purchases followed by refund requests;
Fraudulent transactions;
Unauthorized use of payment methods;
Attempting to obtain and retain products after receiving a refund;
Distributing or sharing products after receiving a refund;
Manipulating or circumventing our refund system.
Nothing in this section is intended to restrict any consumer rights that cannot legally be restricted.
The 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee does not apply to custom development or bespoke services.
These services may include:
Custom software development;
Web application development;
SaaS development;
Custom website development;
Custom UI/UX design;
Automation;
API integrations;
Consulting;
Other project-based services.
Custom projects are governed by a separate agreement, quotation, Statement of Work (SOW), or service contract between LayoutPack and the client.
That agreement will determine applicable payment, cancellation, refund, milestone, termination, and other project-specific terms.
If there is a conflict between this Refund Policy and a separate written agreement for a custom project, the project-specific agreement will prevail for that project.
Cancelling an account or subscription does not automatically result in a refund.
If you cancel within the applicable 14-day guarantee period, you may request a refund in accordance with this policy.
If you cancel after the applicable refund period has expired, the cancellation will generally prevent future renewal but will not automatically refund the current billing period.
LayoutPack may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, business practices, or applicable legal requirements.
Any updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Changes will not affect refund rights that have already accrued before the effective date of the updated policy, except where required by applicable law.
