By accessing or using the LayoutPack website, purchasing a template or digital product, subscribing to a LayoutPack plan, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not access or use our website, products, or services.
If you purchase or use LayoutPack products on behalf of a company, agency, or other organization, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that organization.
These Terms apply to products and services purchased directly from LayoutPack unless different terms are expressly provided for a particular product or service.
LayoutPack provides digital products and resources, including but not limited to:
Webflow templates
Framer templates
WordPress templates
Figma designs and design files
Website and UI/UX resources
Template packages and bundles
Digital design assets
Documentation and related resources
Subscription-based access to templates and digital products
All templates and digital products are provided electronically. Depending on the product or subscription plan, access may be provided through download, account access, or an applicable third-party platform.
The exact products, platforms, files, features, and resources included with a purchase or subscription are those described on the applicable product or pricing page at the time of purchase.
LayoutPack may improve, modify, update, replace, or discontinue individual products, features, or resources from time to time.
Purchases Through Third-Party Marketplaces
LayoutPack may sell or distribute its products through third-party platforms or marketplaces, including Webflow, Framer, and other authorized platforms.
If you purchase a LayoutPack product through a third-party marketplace, the terms, license requirements, refund policies, payment policies, and marketplace rules applicable to that transaction may be determined by the relevant third-party platform.
Where the third-party platform's terms specifically govern the transaction, those terms will prevail over these Terms to the extent of any conflict relating to that transaction.
When you purchase or access a LayoutPack template or digital product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product in accordance with these Terms and any applicable product-specific license.
Your purchase gives you the right to use the product; it does not transfer ownership of the original template, source files, designs, code, or other intellectual property to you.
Unless otherwise stated, you may use LayoutPack templates and designs to create websites or digital projects for:
Yourself;
Your own business; or
Your clients, where client usage is permitted by your applicable plan or license.
You may customize, modify, and adapt the templates for permitted projects.
Prohibited Licensing Activities
Unless expressly permitted by LayoutPack in writing, you may not:
Resell a LayoutPack template as a standalone product;
Redistribute the original template files;
Share the original files with unauthorized users;
Upload or distribute the original templates through another marketplace;
Give away the original template files;
Sublicense, transfer, or assign the original template files;
Make the original Figma, Webflow, Framer, or WordPress source files publicly available for unauthorized access;
Claim ownership of LayoutPack's original designs or templates;
Create a competing template or digital product substantially based on LayoutPack's original files.
Client Projects
Where your applicable license or subscription plan permits client work, you may use LayoutPack products to create customized websites or digital experiences for clients.
Providing a completed and customized website to a client does not automatically transfer ownership of the original LayoutPack template or source files.
The client may not independently redistribute, resell, or use the original LayoutPack product as a standalone product unless separately licensed by LayoutPack.
The specific rights associated with Creator, Agency, or other plans are determined by the applicable pricing and license terms.
LayoutPack may offer subscription plans such as Creator and Agency.
The features available under each plan may include access to a specified number of templates, new template releases, regular updates, support, and access to platforms such as Webflow, Framer, WordPress, and Figma, depending on the selected plan.
The exact features and benefits of each subscription are described on the LayoutPack pricing page at the time of purchase.
Subscription Access
Your subscription provides access to the products and resources included in your selected plan for the applicable subscription period.
Subscription access is personal to the subscriber or organization for which the subscription was purchased and may not be shared with unauthorized persons.
Unless otherwise stated, a subscription does not transfer ownership of any LayoutPack product.
When your subscription expires or is cancelled, access to subscription-only products, resources, new releases, updates, and other subscription benefits may end.
Templates or projects that you have lawfully created during an active subscription may remain subject to the applicable license terms, even after the subscription ends.
LayoutPack may change subscription pricing, features, included products, or benefits from time to time. Where appropriate, changes affecting an active subscription will be communicated in advance.
Certain LayoutPack products or services may require you to create an account.
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate and current information;
Maintaining the security of your account credentials;
Keeping your login information confidential;
All activity conducted through your account.
You must not share your account credentials or provide unauthorized persons with access to subscription-only products or resources.
If you believe that your account has been accessed or used without authorization, you should contact LayoutPack promptly.
LayoutPack reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account where we reasonably believe that the account has been used in violation of these Terms, applicable license restrictions, or applicable law.
All prices for LayoutPack products and subscriptions are displayed on the applicable product, pricing, or checkout page.
By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process payment for the selected product or subscription.
LayoutPack may use third-party payment processors to process payments. Your use of those payment services may also be subject to the payment provider's own terms and policies.
Refunds
Because LayoutPack products are digital products, refunds may be limited once a product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered.
For purchases made directly through the LayoutPack website, refunds will be handled according to LayoutPack's applicable refund policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to the transaction.
For purchases made through Webflow, Framer, or another third-party marketplace, the refund and cancellation policies applicable to that marketplace may apply.
If you experience a technical issue with a LayoutPack product, we encourage you to contact our support team so that we can attempt to resolve the issue before a refund is requested.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
LayoutPack may provide product updates, improvements, bug fixes, documentation, or new versions of its templates and digital products.
For subscription plans, new template releases and updates may be included while the subscription remains active, subject to the features of the selected plan.
For individual purchases, the availability and duration of updates will depend on the terms stated on the applicable product page at the time of purchase.
LayoutPack does not guarantee that any particular product will receive updates indefinitely.
Support
The level of support available to you depends on the product or subscription plan purchased.
Standard product support may cover issues directly related to the functionality or use of a LayoutPack product.
Unless expressly included in your plan or a separate agreement, support does not include:
Custom software development;
Custom website development;
Custom UI/UX design;
Extensive custom coding;
Hosting configuration;
Third-party service troubleshooting;
Development of features not included in the original product;
Problems caused by customer modifications or unsupported implementations.
All original content and materials provided by LayoutPack remain the property of LayoutPack or its respective licensors unless expressly stated otherwise.
This may include:
Template designs;
Figma files;
Webflow files;
Framer files;
WordPress files;
Source code;
Graphics;
Design systems;
Layouts;
Documentation;
Branding;
Original content; and
Other product-related materials.
Purchasing or accessing a LayoutPack product grants you a license to use the product according to the applicable terms. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property to you.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, or otherwise exploit LayoutPack's original intellectual property except as expressly permitted by the applicable license.
Third-party materials included in a product may remain the property of their respective owners and may be subject to separate license terms.
LayoutPack products may use, integrate with, or depend on third-party platforms and services, including but not limited to:
Webflow
Framer
WordPress
Figma
Hosting providers
Plugins
APIs
Fonts
Analytics services
Payment providers
Other third-party tools or integrations
Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms, policies, and licenses.
LayoutPack does not control third-party services and is not responsible for changes, interruptions, outages, limitations, security issues, or discontinuation of third-party services.
Where a third-party asset or service requires a separate license, you are responsible for complying with the applicable licensing requirements.
ou may not use LayoutPack's website, products, templates, or services:
For unlawful purposes:
To distribute unauthorized copies of LayoutPack products;
To resell or redistribute original template files without authorization;
To bypass subscription, licensing, or access controls;
To share unauthorized access to subscription products;
To upload LayoutPack products to unauthorized marketplaces or file-sharing platforms;
To claim LayoutPack's original designs or products as your own;
To create competing products substantially based on LayoutPack's original files;
To interfere with the security or operation of our website or services;
To attempt to gain unauthorized access to LayoutPack systems, accounts, or resources; or
In any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
LayoutPack reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to products or services where there is a reasonable basis to believe that prohibited use has occurred.
LayoutPack may update or modify these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, business practices, or applicable legal requirements.
When we make changes, the updated version will be published on this page and the "Last Updated" date will be revised.
For material changes, we may provide additional notice where reasonably appropriate.
Your continued use of the LayoutPack website or services after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Custom Applications, Software & Bespoke Services
These Terms of Use do not exclusively govern custom development or bespoke services provided by LayoutPack.
If LayoutPack is separately engaged to develop a custom application, software, SaaS product, website, automation, integration, UI/UX project, or other bespoke solution, the project will be governed by a separate written agreement, proposal, quotation, Statement of Work (SOW), or service agreement.
The separate agreement may define matters such as:
Project scope;
Deliverables;
Requirements;
Timeline;
Fees and payment schedule;
Revisions and change requests;
Intellectual property ownership;
Source-code ownership;
Design-file ownership;
Licensing;
Maintenance and support;
Confidentiality;
Warranties;
Liability;
Termination; and
Other project-specific terms.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and a separate written agreement for a custom project, the project-specific agreement will prevail with respect to that custom project or service.
Purchasing a LayoutPack template or subscription does not create a custom development agreement or include custom software/application development unless expressly agreed in writing.
